Pros
Wilo as a wider company is okay. What they try to offer is great and the office is well equipped/ modern. The wider business gives a sense of inclusion but sadly the UK branch does not match up.
Cons
Unfortunately they have managers in the wrong places creating clicks, internal bullying and extreme favouritism. It’s witness by many and flagged with no consequences it seems. Would advise anyone to look elsewhere, the worst office I have ever been a part of, truly awful! Pay is also poor.
