      Pros

      During my short stint with Winscribe I worked under the lead SW tester. I had a great time and learned a lot. I felt like my opinion was valued and that I was listened to. They have a great company vibe and everyone is super friendly.

      Cons

      None that I can honestly think of.

      Pros

      Supportive culture with a good mix of junior, intermediate and senior technical people. Seniors helped the juniors. Challenging problems to solve and a space to be creative.

      Cons

      Small company so not much room to grow career.

      Pros

      There was free parking, and good opportunity to learn. Good place to get your feet wet. Overall not much good to be said about working here, but if you need a job, it is a good place to go until you find something better.

      Cons

      No real job growth possible. Micromanagement, and downsizing of office. Minimal Direction from management as to the goals of the company and how that translates to your job. Below average salary Poor 401k matching Poor health insurance.
