      Pros

      educated and savvy marketing/sales management, very tuned-in to rapidly changing market dynamics. Management is well connected in a fun industry and is open to good new ideas. They offer flexible working conditions, and put together some powerful partners for planning sessions.

      Cons

      Too many ideas sometimes lead to analysis paralysis. The decision-making was too concentrated at top & lack of funding blocked progress on valuable initiatives. Good ideas languished.
