      Colleagues were good.

      Founder Madhu Eadara himself do not know what analytics, machine learning etc mean. Very confused person in the world. No Ethics towards employees. He always want to earn large money in easy ways and in short time. He really do not if how to manage an office with an employee size of 10.

      Pros

      Would share if there are any. Please do not join this company. If you dont believe me, ask any one who worked or working at Winbold Data Systems runned Madhu Eadara, among from 17 employees even atleast one person gives positive feedback about Winbold you can join without any doubt.

      Cons

      Space is not enough. 1) You will never be treated as an employee. 2) No public/government holidays 3) Casual and sick leaves are also not approved so easily you need to go through many hurdles 4) No recocognition 5) No Hikes 6) No proper payments of salaries

      Worked as Android Developer. Got to learn a lot regarding Android development, automation building and testing
