Pros
The benefits after you work yourself to death. You work there really hard for a few years and then you will cap off.
Cons
One person perform the workload of two person. Long time employees know how to play the game. They do the easier things and leave the hard and tedious tasks to the new employees. They rush everyone to finish stocking and send them home not doing the eight hours when done. Saving the company money. This is totally absurd and wrong! Don't work there, if you do good luck.
