Working in this place is almost surreal, nothing is even close to normal. The projects arrive mysteriously and as mysteriously stop. All of them. Nothing has ever been built. Cyclically some is brought up again, made a few changing and after a couple of months/a year comes back to sleep. The quality of projects is terrifying, is probably good that none has ever been built. The working conditions are a nightmare: 48h per week, with the lowest salaries. The politic is to hire only foreigners because he knows how hard it is to find job without a good German knowledge. They will try to give a freelance contract, but as a matter fact you ll end up having to respect the employees rules and no right to anything (Scheinselbständigkeit). Even if you ll get an employee contract your life wont be easier. Weekend, Christmas, holidays..Forget about everything, he expects you to work no stop. The turnover is crazy, none of the architects survive more than 6-8 months. The administration is a disaster: salaries arrive incredibly late, very often wrong, do never let down your guard cause their purpose is to screw you in every possible way. Accounting is another funny story..no accountant last more than a couple of months..... Honestly do not waist your time in this company. Study German of do anything else. This place is a dark hole that will drain your energy, consume your time and will lead you absolutely nowhere (except possibly for the doctor)
