Having been promised a lot of things, none of them where meth besides 1 thing. Took several months before I was paid on time although I had send my details 6 times. Consistently being surrounded by managers that know everything better and have a lot of critic towards other coworkers, but almost every time they are doing the exact same thing. They come always with excuses when something is not been done on time, but try to miss a deadline once yourselves,... administrative side like meal vouchers, insurance etc took several months and was lied to when asking status updates on those matters. The HR part of the company is really a huge mess, the service isn’t a priority at all which employees feel and experience on daily basis. Every single colleague that had a performance review went out of the meeting room, clearly not satisfied and nerved, which is not a good sign at all, reviews cannot in anyway break down the motivation in any case. The managers think they are very competent, but none of their team members speak in a positive way. The management is monopolised by bad apples and the CEO isn’t aware of anything as he doesn’t want to spend time overviewing the current office issues that are ongoing. Therefore privileges can be taken for all managers without limits (irrelevant travelling). How is one person being responsible for so much people leaving the company over the years...!?
