Pros
Windcave has some of the nicest most wonderful people on staff. The people I worked with daily were lovely and made an otherwise miserable experience better.
Cons
Where to begin... Andy prides himself on diversity except he doesn't respect his staff and he propagates an environment where toxic behavior is highly rewarded. Are you a liar and are you good at treating your coworkers like they are beneath you? Perfect, you will excel here. Additionally over the past few years, all of the leadership in the US has been pulled back to NZ because the good people left and then they hired incompetent replacements (HR has been particularly painful). Unfortunately the HR team in NZ is ridiculously bad at understanding the US so it's pretty much a free for all and the only good and actually working staff are still in LA. Everyone else is just pretending to work while collecting a paycheck (the sales team is not as bad as the UK but pretty close). This is the perfect opportunity if you don't want to work and you don't care about your career progression at all. Just collect an easy paycheck until Andy closes your office and moves it somewhere else.
