Management does not care if employee is learning or not the complicated software. Induction will be held for 2 days and they expect you to learn it from their incompetent trainers who hardly tell u 15% of the actual software. The onus will be on sales guy to learn on his own. If in one month you don't learn you will fired next day without notice. Very unhelpful staff. Manager will ask daily what you learn and when you say I am not knowing instead of helping he will start arguments. THEY CAN FIRE YOU ANYTIME BUT YOU CANT LEAVE AS THEY SIGN BOND AND KEEP CHEQUE OF 1 LAKH RS.
