Hours were pretty long sometimes

Flexible job, not much manual work and quite easy if you are used to being hands on

Senior management, Area and Regional level are extremely incompetent and love a scare tactic. Always trying to intimidate staff. No training, development, growth opportunities. All negative and no constructive feedback. HR is non existent and when found, as incompetent as the senior management. No consideration for staff welfare, no legal rest breaks, never see bonuses or expenses promised. Overall terrible company to work for.
