      They look for clients for you

      Cons

      Pay is very low, Management team is unprofessional and do not know how to manage their staff. Uses irrelevant KPIs and does not care about their people. You get promoted if you have connections and not based on qualifications. They promote bullying. CEO even bullies their VAs who are just reaching out to get their pay on time.

      1. They get clients without contract, meaning get terminated within days. No Stability. 2. They get the worst clients since their service is "cheaper" 3. Freelance feels with a side of micro management by Wing Personnel. 4. NO JOB SECURITY. GET TERMINATED IN DAYS. FEELS LIKE A JOKE
