      Pros

      Wing offers a highly competitive salary. They got a friendly virtual working environment. Supervisors and Captains are very much helpful. They got exciting games weekly. They got interesting incentives for us to aspire more to work better.

      Cons

      Wing is not for everyone. Excellent and dedicated virtual workers can only reach to the last stage of screening process, means they are deserving. Not a cons at all too.

      You are paid for your work.

      Cons

      1. They get clients without contract, meaning get terminated within days. No Stability. 2. They get the worst clients since their service is "cheaper" 3. Freelance feels with a side of micro management by Wing Personnel. 4. NO JOB SECURITY. GET TERMINATED IN DAYS. FEELS LIKE A JOKE
