      1. If you don't have any clients or if the client is unresponsive, you are allowed to have 3 days of paid idle days. 2. You do not only have a leader, you have a mentor with your captain and supervisor. 3. Multiple streams of incentives.

      Cons

      There are only US clients and time zones. So, if you are looking for morning or mid shift, this may not be for you. Also, if you expect that the company takes care of your SSS and PhilHealth, it's a no. You make sure to take care of it.

      1. They get clients without contract, meaning get terminated within days. No Stability. 2. They get the worst clients since their service is "cheaper" 3. Freelance feels with a side of micro management by Wing Personnel. 4. NO JOB SECURITY. GET TERMINATED IN DAYS. FEELS LIKE A JOKE
