      Not at all transparent. 0 job security. No benefits. They will initially tell you that even if the client leaves you will have your job, but in reality, if the client leaves, you will lose your job.

      1. They get clients without contract, meaning get terminated within days. No Stability. 2. They get the worst clients since their service is "cheaper" 3. Freelance feels with a side of micro management by Wing Personnel. 4. NO JOB SECURITY. GET TERMINATED IN DAYS. FEELS LIKE A JOKE
