Horrible leadership, very disconnected from the employees. Most people here are army alumni which is something that is really felt by the "army like" company's culture. Zero work life balance. People gonna look at you weird if you leave the office at 6 P.M All managers lack experience and ability to care for their team. Over a short period, a significant number of employees has left the company. I'll leave it to you to do the deduction from the above. (BTW look at the dates of previous reviews... similar, ain't it? :))
