Doesn't interrupt your actual work with bureaucracy

C2C contract without Paid Time Off

- Very easy to start working; - They were very close to the outsourcing developers; - The actual team (the other company) was very nice to work with; - They've used to pay on time.

- No PTO; - No sick days; - No benefits; - No support from Winprovit side; - Interviewer lied about career growth opportunities. - There were several companies involved. At least 4 companies in between, from the "source" of the money to the developers; - I had to take on responsibilities that were not in line with my position, with no salary increase. - At the time in question, even though some of us received excellent feedback, the Winprovit manager refused to discuss salaries and career growth (as opposite of what was said during the interview process). - Management led everyone to believe that the contract would be renewed, giving only 2 weeks' notice that this would not happen.
