Cons
• Worst Owner. He does not know how to talk to staff and clients. Abuses clients infront of you, abuses your colleagues in front of you and talks rudely with everyone. • Work Life Balance goes for a toss. As the meeting are scheduled deliberately at 5:30 PM so that you dont leave office at 6 PM. • While joining HR will say that they will give Saturdays off but when you join their is no off on Saturdays. You have to work 6 days. • While joining the HR will say salaries come before 10th of each month but the salaries never come before 20th of every month. • If they want to Fire you they will ask you to leave the offer quietly leaving everything in your desk so that no one knows what happened and will ask you not to talk to anyone. No settlement will be given. You will have to run after them for days or months to get your salary for the days you worked.
