      Great benefits (incl. 100% 401k match); worked with a solid team that stayed consistent for a long time

      Cons

      Annual salary increases got capped out at 1.5-2% for even the top performers; not much room to advance; long-term team members laid off in TCF/Chemical Bank merger/takeover (employees are given no advance warning, and abruptly escorted out of the building without any chance to say goodbye to team mates).
