Working for a startup that employs mostly men can be challenging as a woman. I often felt that my ideas were valued less than those of my male colleagues. I also think the company lacked leadership. The CEO tried to juggle too many things, and often took his stress out on his employees. They could benefit from a strong leader who is enthusiastic, knows how to manage people and is not reactive.
