Pros

Friendly coworkers -VERY good company to work for as management or executive

Cons

My tenure at this company was plagued by under-qualified and poor management, poor direction, refusal by management to provide any type of job training or to keep up with latest software, and poor moral. In 1 case, my boss wouldn't approve the purchase of a $100 program I needed. I personally experienced a manager literally yelling in my face, following me back to my desk and continuing to yell - and despite executives witnessing this harassment first hand (and a complaint to HR), no disciplinary action was taken. Managers are allowed to come and go on campus as they please while everyone else is ruled with an iron fist. Nepotism rules all hiring and promotions. Management look out for each other while all other employees are treated very 'different' - (large) bonus programs are offered only to management while everyone else usually gets 1-2% annual increases (and sometimes 0%) . Unless being hiring as upper level management or executive, be very wary of this company. This is a public company only interested in making money for their executives and shareholders. I've watched management squander thousands of dollars, just to insure their budget for the next year, rather than give it to hard-working employees. They will add more and more responsibilities to your job and not want to compensate for it. I personally had 2 bosses who constantly contradicted each other on direction, which seriously hindered all progress and ultimately led to a dead-end situation.
