      Nice people with a good life - work balance

      Stock options - only some employees get options that vest over time while others do not which is not transparent until after you join.

      Pros

      Mostly good colleagues and decent pay.

      Cons

      Feeling a bit stuck though. Growth feels slow. I don't want to be a victim, but I don't know if I get compensated enough for the effort I put in.

      Pros

      Flexibility in working hours, great employees in general, hybrid/remote based on your role.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture. Inappropriate behaviour is tolerated for too long or even encouraged. People (especially women) are told they don’t have any management/leaderships skills and no actual feedback is given to change or improve.
