Pros
I have worked here for 15 years and love that it promotes a positive work environment and gives the staff the opportunity to grow. Due to being a smaller hospital system you have the opportunity to get to know your peers and co-workers and the level of trust and dependability is unlike any other facility I have worked at.
Cons
Some of the older employees do not like change and are stuck in their ways.
