Pros
The methodology was great in the past. Recent changes have made it come down to an average money-picking school as all others.
Cons
Gossiping and envy, stupid people to work with but in good positions, new teachers are merely ex-students who can badly understand the language, low pay, you have to buy your uniform, you spend twice the time you teach correcting homework and filling out useless forms for nothing.
