Continuous training on multiple subsjects Very friendly environment to work in and very well organized and clean People there help you learn a lot and very fast, you grow naturally, I made friends there and memories Team leads help you grow a lot with efficient 1 on 1 calls regularly and they are very supportive and help you grow a lot You can wear your casual clothes in the office, go for a smoke when needed to take some air and relax your mind We had Karida (coconut) a frenchie running around in the office, best way to take your mind out of work for a minute and give her a little pet Lots of ammenities in the office, ping pong table, fully stocked kitchen, team meals regularly, team days, parties for anniversaries etc
Cons
Hard to park around the office A bit crowded sometimes in the office, some jobs should be more remote in my opinion to make space or relocate the office No regular bonus system for meeting targets, no extra pay, only in very few cases
