Pros
A company that is on track for a very bright future consisting of an amazing group of people that make all communication and collaboration a pleasure. I would feel comfortable reaching out to any member of staff including senior management for support or even just to chat due to the positive environment that has been created here with an emphasis on staff wellbeing. Being such a small (yet ever-growing) team everyone makes a clear difference through their work and everyone's thoughts and opinions are heard and respected.
Cons
We are currently completely remote which may not appeal to some people other than myself. Being a plucky, young, up-and-coming startup there is a lot of work to be done and as such the workload can be fairly large however due to the support and collaboration of the team and management this can feel challenging but never overwhelming.
