Pros
These are a mission-driven group of people who really believe in the work they are doing. There is a positive environment that allows you to speak openly and feel like your voice is heard and matters. They are willing to hire people who come from outside of a traditional tech background to find diverse talent. Flexible work hours and location.
Cons
This is definitely a small but growing start up, without a lot of administrative support yet. So if you are the type of person who only thrives in a traditional work environment, this may not be the place for you. But overall I had a very positive experience working with the wondder team.
