    I worked at Wonder

    Pros

This seems like a really cool company. The job that I had was to research answers for questions and it was super fun - I really like research. There are also a decent number of questions and they are reasonably priced actually - I think it would be possible to turn it into a decent part time job, once you got good at it.

    Cons

There was a little training website thing with documents. Which I read almost completely before even starting. I really wanted to do well. The first couple questions went well. They were both reviewer approved, and I believe client approved - I even got a positive client rating for one. When I ran into a question that I answered wrong, the reviewers rejected it (there were 2, but they were kind of the same and I did...

    Advice to Management

Don't fire people for asking questions... It's one thing to say that you don't offer "individual training" - which is code for answering questions. Quite another to fire people for asking how to improve. Not a great business practice.

    Pros

Pays pretty well. Takes a lot of additional researching of their guidelines and understanding what they expect of you. It does get easier and quicker the more you know, and the more you have as far as experience goes. The mentors I've dealt with have been great as well. This is not a 1-2-3 start banking thing. It does take some of your extra time to learn. After I took that time and learned and gained more knowledge....
