Business Outlook
Pros
Great people who really care about our work and social issues. My immediate team is very collaborative and not ego-driven. We work on interesting, important projects that make an impact in the world. I also feel supported working remotely.
Cons
At this point, Wondros is growing from a boutique/small agency to something bigger and more diversified, so there's a bit of "growing pains" as we scale up, but this is something that's actively being worked on. Compensation is also somewhat lower than other for-profit agencies.
