My experience at WoolOvers was profoundly disappointing. Upper management and the CEO created an environment that felt more like a toxic minefield than a workplace. The management team was consistently demeaning and dismissive, treating staff with little respect. It was particularly disheartening to see them hire talented and creative young professionals, only to exploit their skills and underpay them. When I joined the company, I was confident and eager to grow in the industry. However, my enthusiasm quickly waned due to the constant belittlement and mind games played by management. The culture of manipulation and negativity drained my confidence and made the work environment unbearable. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend WoolOvers to anyone seeking a respectful and supportive workplace. The way management operates is not just unprofessional, but outright harmful. I hope they can make substantial changes to how they treat their employees in the future.
