Good flexible hours with school schedule, high pay compared to all competitors, great employee discount, friendly coworkers that made the work environment fun

There was little product training upon hiring, the product is high-end so understanding the difference between each style was extremely important. There was hardly an inventory system so the stock room was a bit of a mess.
