      You get benefits and stock from Amazon & get the clout that comes with being employed by Amazon

      Cons

      The leadership is terrible and a revolving door of CEO's and middle management. Trying to please 6 managers in 3 years does not allow you to get anywhere which means they push you out.

      The culture at Woot is phenomenal. It's fun to work for a growing company with great people and great managers.

      Cons

      Being owned by Amazon has pros but certainly has cons too.
