Pros
1. Great pay 2. Some of the best benefits you can get 3. RSU stock options 4. PTO and Vacation time 5. A fun environment (for a time) 6. Garth Mader was no longer the CEO (or as Amazon called it, General Manager)
Cons
1. Company hires management in certain departments with zero experience in that departments responsibilities. 2. Management does a horrible job at keeping morale up. 3. There's a real, 'do as I say, not as I do' attitude. 4. Pretends to listen to employees ideas, then does nothing to change any issues. 5. All talk, no results. 6. Work/Life balance was great for a while, then massive amounts of overtime were being required to the point where employees were working 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. 7. To be transferred to another part of the SAME department, you had to go through the same, if not more arduous interview process that you went through when you were first hired.
