Pros
I’ve had a genuinely positive experience working here. The culture is energetic and people care a lot about what they’re building. Over the last year in particular there has been a noticeable effort to introduce more structure around career opportunities, transparency around internal moves and management practices and support extended to people. Communication from leadership has also improved a lot and there is more clarity around expectations than before. Like any fast-growing company it can move quickly and things evolve, but I’ve personally found the environment supportive and full of smart, motivated people who want to do good work. I also really enjoy my working environment. The offices are beautiful, full of natural light, all the benefits the members get - we get as well and its miles and miles better as a day-to-day experience than you get elsewhere. All my friends are always jelous when i tell them i get free breakfast eery day
Cons
The pace can be high and change happens often, which won’t suit everyone. If you prefer very static environments this might feel intense.
