Three years at Autopilot have been a genuinely rewarding experience. The work environment has sharpened my time management skills and instilled a strong sense of deadline discipline — which is invaluable in accounting. I've also grown significantly in terms of software proficiency, getting hands-on experience with tools that have made me a much more efficient professional overall.

At times the work can be dependent on data from other teams which can cause delays. Better inter-department coordination could help speed things up.
