      Very serious, not much fun, not very collaborative working style, overly complex process often obscured clarity of ideas and work.

      Pros

      Great culture. So many talented people. The W&Co leadership (partners) are quite amazing. The first agency that I've worked at that truly values design first. They treat their employees right.

      Cons

      Accenture acquired. That alone comes with challenges.
