      Great vision, lots of upside to vision and company, working on great product. CEO has right experience creating new market categories and establishing thought leader position. Clear belief that diversity and different perspectives enrich creativity and lead to better products

      Cons

      Need to hire a couple key people to really get to next level and potential. Early stage -- a "con" if your next ideal job is google or Facebook today

      Dysfunctional management managers are not real managers just sales man Chaos Disarray Product quality is poor and unreliable. Projects are treated like students projects no requirement poor testing. No designers Product owners incapable of writing requirements no raise for 4 years. low team morale. no work/life balance
