      Strategic direction and leadership are clear and there is great momentum for the company. Coupled with smart, passionate colleagues there is great energy and it is a fun time to be at Workboard. I've been happy with the work/life balance, support, and culture during my short time with the company.

      No cons, things move fast and that is a good thing!

      Dysfunctional management managers are not real managers just sales man Chaos Disarray Product quality is poor and unreliable. Projects are treated like students projects no requirement poor testing. No designers Product owners incapable of writing requirements no raise for 4 years. low team morale. no work/life balance
