Pros
- As a young engineer, it provided me with a glimpse into the industry of professional engineers as I was surrounded by more senior and experienced engineers with great experience - New and interesting product built with a good tech stack, and it's only getting better and better - Great atmosphere of support and helpfulness across all departments I've had the pleasure of working with - Well tracked and easily understood tickets for all engineers, communication flows well especially with morning standups
Cons
- Lots of work to do which can be good and bad - A bit of legacy code which is already being managed well - No more than come with the job of being an SWE
