Glassdoor took down my previous review so here we go again! - Toxic management - Certain workers treated better than others despite poor performances - Selling a HR system despite having no HR themsevles. - No support given when struggling apart from giving empty feedback such as "reach out to old contacts" and being told to think "outside the box" by managers who wouldn't lead by example - Management would also try and turn colleagues against one another if any of the favourites were being called out for their behaviour. Since my previous review was taken, it has been brought to my attention that a number of the staff/management who were their when I was have moved on from the company. However, I don't feel like my review was taken down fairly (I was told it was because it featured a name in the review... even though it didn't) and people deserve to see reviews from different time periods in the company.
