      Pros

      Might have a product that actually works without a bunch of duct tape and bubble gum holding it together in a year or so. Several people can curse you out in more than one language.

      Cons

      Leadership says they'll back you up and doesn't. Clear preference for team working in Belarus. No processes. Exceptionally nasty management. I heard a veteran soldier and a very senior new guy being screamed at like children. People have been fired with no warning whatsoever.

      Wise strategies and we can feel growth happening

      Cons

      Small but mightly team, you need to be able to wear a few hats and work autonomously. Great for some not ideal for others.

      Pros

      Decent pay/ travel benefits and some really smart engineers. If I worked late I time off the following day.

      Cons

      bit of a "boys club" - execs bring in their less-than-stellar friends to work for them from time to time. If you ignore them, it is fine
