Pros
WorkHound provides great benefits (every other Friday off is great), a laid-back but structured remote environment (we all get the job done and support our clients), and an overall transparent communication style to employees. In a time with so much unknown, it's nice to feel confident in my company and secure in my job with the good work I do.
Cons
Sometimes working remotely gets lonely. Miss coming together as a team but that goes with remote work and surviving a pandemic.
