Cons
The cons of this job are you can work your own hours but it’s on the weekends only. And they supply all of the things you need but most of the time you run out of supplies and and may not get them for a couple of weeks. Even when you put a supply order in early before you completely run out they are very slow at getting them to you. And once a month your suppose to get paid extra for cleaning the outside windows and I have only ever been paid one time to do this. And if I worked 8 hours or 4 hours they paid me the same every week. This job to be done right and do everything they want you to do takes about 8-9 hours. But if your out of all your supplies and can’t refill everything then it cuts it down to about 4-5 hours. And the last year I worked for them I did not have a vacuum. They bought a new one that was like a detachable dust buster that took at least 2 hours to vacuum all the carpets your suppose to clean. So for the last year I took my personal vacuum to work and used it and it only took about an hour to vacuum if not less. Then in November they wanted me to clean another office besides the one I was doing which I had no problem with wanted me to start on a Monday and the office I originally clean was a Friday thru Sunday job they sent me a text message on a Thursday and fired me after 3 years working for them and I never received my last paycheck and I called them and the payroll office and all phones had been disconnected.
