Pros

The people (outside of managers and ELT) are really wonderful. Unlimited PTO and they're pretty flexible about it. Fully remote.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. I worked at this company for several years, and have seen it deteriorate over time. It's an extremely toxic environment where the majority of folks are constantly stressed, overworked, and burned out. My entire department was openly looking for other jobs because everyone was miserable. Lots of churn, and empty spots are not backfilled because the company can't afford it. Pay is laughable and well under what competitors are offering. The company told people that there would be a yearly review with raises, and when the time came, they ended up giving raises to only a handful of people and literally told everyone else that they were not essential or critical to the business. People are treated extremely poorly in general, and the company doesn't care about anything other than profits. There's also 0 chance for growth, as the company is hyper focused on not going bankrupt and have cut all spending related to improving the lives of their workers. Executive leadership is completely out of touch with the rest of the workforce. They have no idea which direction to take the company in, and are constantly changing roadmaps. Any time someone leaves for a different job, they don't backfill roles and just expect the rest of the people to pick up the slack. There's a lot more to say about this place, but to make a long story short: avoid at all costs. This is a toxic, dead-end company that will likely not be around for much longer.
