      Pros

      Encouraging environment. If you want to get some industrial experience and don't want any pay for the work you do, it's an excellent place to work.

      Cons

      CTO juggles between a lot of tasks at once and doesn't focus on the current tasks/progress. They promise to pay within a time period but never keep up to their promises. It is a startup but it runs on false promises to employees to get the work done.

      Pros

      a good place to learn technical stuff and industry politics

      Cons

      a lot of work and more pressure, false promises, once they get work done fire innocent people in a single day without courtesy, I worked long term but no single penny is paid. Place of false promises ever seen before.
