Encouraging environment. If you want to get some industrial experience and don't want any pay for the work you do, it's an excellent place to work.
Cons
CTO juggles between a lot of tasks at once and doesn't focus on the current tasks/progress.
They promise to pay within a time period but never keep up to their promises.
It is a startup but it runs on false promises to employees to get the work done.
