Pros

Interesting industry. Health benefits are good. No tolerance policy on drug use including Medical Marijuana.

Cons

CEO and top tier of leadership left the company by 10/1/17. Management that is left to run the company is incompetent, and does not communicate well. Feels like they are getting ready to sell the business. Culture of the company makes one unmotivated. Everyone works in their silos, and is not trained on how the company works or how processes flow. They do not like feedback from the people that work here. Pre-employment drug screening is not consistent, some are screened before employment, and some are not. Company does not hold to their own policy.

Cons

I have been at this company a year and any concerns or problems I have had have been addressed (nothing serious). I have nothing negative to say about this company!

Pros

Monday - Friday schedule. Nice offices. Most of the managers are kind and understanding. I feel like they really try to set themselves apart from the competition and it gives me pride in my company and work.

Cons

The company is a little top heavy/ mircomangenty (if that is a word). it is hard to get a raise and or move up in the company. They will hire you with what seems like clearly defined job duties but you are often given task outside of that. Completely thankless job. You can do something right 10000 times, but if you do one thing wrong they will notice. (that is kind of the standard in the industry though). Just protect yourself by doing the work and always having a way to prove it. The blame game happens all the time and if you are a collector like me you get blamed all the time. The biggest con by far is that you are forced to work in a program that barely works when it is working and they wont fix it.
