Pros
Since joining Workhorse over the last year, I have been able to make a large impact within my department and within the company. Roles are broad to give employees autonomy to make decisions and exposure and experience they would not normally have at larger organizations. Approachable new leadership team has been put into place with open door policy.
Cons
Lacking common systems and process in many areas. Company management is committed to establishing standardize process and automating systems with several key company-wide initiatives underway.
