Pros

I had just finished university, and then it is often difficult to immediately find a good assignment/job that dares to do it with you. And Working Talent knows exactly how difficult that can be for that kind of (newly) employed person. From the start, I always had a good feeling with everyone in the organisation, and genuinely felt that they wanted to help me and were there for me. Joined a nice client through them, where I spent a year, and am now continuing on. Definitely a good start for people who want to work in Tech, and don't know exactly how to start yet.

Cons

In the beginning of my traineeship, I was switched a lot between account managers, and different people within the organisation when looking for a client. After that start went fine, but it would have been nicer if I clearly had 1 point of contact, and not switched from different people.

Pros

Cons

Geen negatieve ervaring met Working Talent.

Pros

Relatively high salary, decent transition for people without an IT background.

Cons

The traineeship bootcamp is fairly useless if you have the slightest background in IT. They love mentioning big partners, but in the end you will likely join a small-medium sized company. If you hold them accountable, you are allowed to leave for better opportunities, but be prepared to pay a 7500 euro fine. There is no negotiation possible, and if you try to have your new employer pay the costs, they will make your life as difficult as possible. The traineeship program suggests you can experience and choose between several IT fields, but from day 1 you are asked to exclusively follow through with one of them, likely based on your educational background. They were unable to find a suitable employer according to their own schedule for more than half of the starting group, where some started 5 months after the initially expected date (it was 4 months for me).
