Pros
Because each location is individually franchised, an employee's experience will be based on what location they worked at and the owner. My employment experience was not good AT ALL! Pros: - Free gym membership - Great staff and customers to interact with - A lot of free time at work
Cons
-Unreachable sales goals -Unreachable commission goals (you can't earn commission no matter what the owner says. It was impossible) -Embarassingly low pay (owner paid a monthly salary which equated to $7 an hour and expected you to make the rest of your money through commission which was impossible) -Long hours (expect 10-12 hour days) -Not much to do while you're at work -High employee/personal trainer turnover because everyone is not paid enough to want to stick around -Upper management barely visited the gym to address issues and concerns
