      It was a fun work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Management extremely lacks in leadership skills. The owner really doesn't know how to run a successful business. She will step on anymore for her own personal gains. If you're interested in pursuing a bright future with this company, I'd advise you to RUN AWAY!
